How to share a dataset with other people within your company.
Check the tickbox next to the dataset (or sets) you wish to share.
Click on the 'Publish' button on the submenu above.
Click 'OK' to share this dataset or click 'Cancel' if you have selected wrongly.
Other users in your company can now see these datasets and can use them to create a map.
